I'm also wondering why with such a ridiculously expensive ship, you wouldn't slap a DCUII on there.

Also, just barely got your edit, but there's no DCU on here because I'm armor tanking. That means I am repping through resistances, not structure. The more effective armor I have, the easier it is to repair it. My rep doesn't have to work as hard if my resistances are higher.

Really? Are you really armor tanking? Had no idea. Cut the crap, the Dominix has more Structure HP than Armor so putting a DCUII on there just adds to your effective HP. At least when you are going down flaming the 60% resistances across the board will save your ass as you try and bug out or call for help while without it you are dead, no questions asked.
And on the drones, the split damage is what handicaps them.

1534 DPS tank with 2 EANMs
1404 DPS tank with 1 EANM and a DC II
So I can tank actively 130 more dps with the EANM. Math time!
130 HP x 38 seconds = 4940 HP *****
Structure on a Domi: 8301
8301 (HP) * 1.6 (DC Resists) = 13281.6
13281.6 (EHP) - 8301 (Domi Structure) = 4980.6 (Resisted HP) *****
I can tank better. So that means in 38 seconds I am doing better than I would with a damage control.
I think I know what I'm talking about.
Quoting two posts isn't pyramid quoting. I don't think you understand the concept or method of the Damage Control module.
When your ship pops I hope the person posts the KM here so we can all have a good laugh.
